Torchlight 2 Sells More Than 2M Copies So Far

SEATTLE, Wa. July 25 - Runic Games' Torchlight 2 has sold more than double the units as its predecessor. The action adventure RPG has sold more than two million in less than 10 months of its release, reports Polygon.

Torchlight 2 is a loot hunting RPG made in the same vein as Diablo. Dungeons and loots are all randomly generated.

Torchlight 2 also has full Steam Workshop support, which allows players to create their own levels, skills, maps and more in April. The game surpassed one million in January this year; it was also listed on the Steam summer sale recently, which likely could have boosted it over the 2M range.
